About the Founder
SIRA Management - Sales & Leadership Practitioner
Ludo Siswanto is a Sales and Leadership Practitioner with over 18 years of experience in various strategic roles in sales, team leadership, and professional development. He began his career as an automotive sales executive and later as a Relationship Manager at a human capital development organization, where he consistently achieved 100% of his sales targets for two consecutive years.
He later advanced to the role of Sales Performance Product Manager as well as Trainer & Consultant, contributing to the implementation of sales performance improvement programs based on international methodologies. He has also delivered leadership training for professionals and managers, supporting their capability development across diverse industries, including finance, manufacturing, distribution, beauty and aesthetics, startups, plantations, and textiles.
Ludo further enhanced his expertise through professional development at a Sales Academy program from the United States held in Singapore, focusing on building consultative selling competencies.
His capabilities were strengthened by earning certifications as an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor (IRCA) and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt while working at a multinational company specializing in inspection, verification, and certification services. In his previous role as Academy Manager and business unit leader, he led a multidisciplinary team responsible for training operations, business development, and client engagement. During this period, Ludo successfully maintained 100% annual target achievement, with average training revenue growth of 25-30% per year over three consecutive years.
Currently, Ludo serves as the Managing Director of SIRA Management and is recognized as a Sales Leadership Expert who helps organizations transform their people, processes, and performance to achieve sustainable business growth.
